Civil and Naval is an awesome place to drink and eat in Lyttelton, also has nice brick and timber textures to capture. This one took me a bit more than the usual to finish, I was chatting, drinking and eating at the same time. One of the important rules before you start to draw its get comfortable first it may take longer than expected.
Very nice. I like the transparent people. I imaging people coming and going while you completed the drawing.
ReplyDeleteMario, neat to see both your and Liliana's work of the same scene. I had to zoom in to check out the white pen on the bricks, ingenious. I too can appreciate the double exposure effect, to give it extra life.
ReplyDeleteThanks guys, I haven't thought about the fact that the transparency will give this idea of transition and people coming and going but its true.
